guests backing out, under minimum, and time travel!

we're down 2 guests (got an FB message from my cousin last night...)

now we're under minimum by 2 people.

oh yes, and my time machine is finally working cuz im a TEENAGER again!

Wow, the cancelled on FB!! You could maybe get some girls from LIW!!
Did you count in your fiance and yourself?

I am over my minimum when I include my fiance and myself, but i'm sure there will be people that wont show up on the day

do you have two people you can add? a couple you arent super close with who maybe you didnt have room for? or two single people you can tell to bring a guest? anything????
