Well...the inside is nice but it is a small house for over half million dollars!! You can find a better/bigger house for that $$ Plus the neighbors house looks like its really close to the house - and those shingles...you'd have the paint them all the time to keep them looking like new.

I was thinking that too..almost half a million dollars. You'd think by now I would be used to seeing the prices on LI, but they still blow my mind.

We lost several houses and now that we have ours I am glad we did.

Everything happens for a reason (although I didn't believe at the time...I just bawled my eyes out. )

We lost out on a bid on a house that we LOVED 4 weeks ago. We went back out looking the following weekend, and felt like we would NEVER find ANYTHING that we liked. But the 2nd house we went to see that Saturday, was IT, and it was about 30K cheaper!!! Keep the faith!!

I just bought a house in Massapequa w/ same amenities as this house PLUS it was cheaper!!!! So keep looking, you can find your dream home!!

Also it is close to the preserve, you would have raccoons going through your garbage everyday

If you can afford a house at that price range... there will be other houses out there for you.

I agree!!! i know that we get anxious with the house stuff... but dont sell yourself short just for the sake of getting a house... you can get ALOT more house for that kind of money.
