Any girls know of any good gym or personal trainers that are really good in Nassau county to get in shape by next summer?? I'm on a mission! Thanks!

I've been a member of New York Sports Club for the past 2 years. I go in the morning before I go to work and it's pretty empty and you can get on the machines you want, and the classes are included in the membership (cycling, yoga, zumba, etc.) To go to one club exclusively, it is $20 a month, month-to-month membership.

Which club do you go to? I would have to go to the one in woodmere and I'm sure it would be packed!

I go to the one in Hicksville & I love it. It's probably one of the biggest ones on the Island. It has a pool, full length basketball court, a cycling studio, and another studio for zumba, yoga, etc. It's probably as big as a dance studio.

Another thing I forgot to mention is that they have great UXF Circuit classes. Each class is an hour and it's a high intensity circuit workout. I believe it's 6 classes for $150, which I think is pretty good (that cost is for the Syosset club).

The Woodmere one is by the train station, so it might be crowded, but I think the NYSCs are well worth $20 a month!!
