Do you ladies wear your e-ring while working out. I never ever wore jewlery while working out. Now FH and I are very secure in our relationship, but he still doesn't like when I don't wear it. So do you ladies wear yours to the gym?
I don't wear any jewelry to the gym.. FH has no problem with it.
I dont wear my e-ring when I work out... I wouldnt want to scratch it lifting weights and I dont like running with it b/c I dont want it to fall off and not know it.
I work out with it because i hate not wearing it but prob when we get married i'll just wear my band
I tried once when I 1st got engaged! LOL! It was too distracting for me! I was afraid something might happen to it. I take it off and put it right back on when Im done.
I practice martial arts, so I absolutely canNOT wear any jewelry. I wouldn't recommend working out with your e-ring.
I do if I'm not planning on going in the pool or the Jacuzzi, but otherwise I don't. FH doesn't care one way or the other- he'd probably rather not wear it so I don't mess it up or lose it.
I wear mine when I do leg exercises but when I am doing arm exercises, the ring stays home.
Um I do mostly cardio at the gym so I wear mine.

On teh weekends i dont because i can leave it in the safe but when i go after work i do because i would never just leave my ring in a locked locker or in the car.
I dont! The only time I do is if I come right from work. I dont like wearing it at the gym bc I feel it rubbing against the weights.

I never take it off really, so yeah I wear it while I work out. I just take it off to shower.
I have a few times but I find that when I am running, my hands get sweaty and I am scared it will fall off. It's hard to remember to take it off! And I hate taking it off! But I am going to stop wearing it to the gym.
Thanks ladies! I think his thing is that he wants people, mainly guys, to know that I'm engaged lol! I went before and didn't wear it, I agree with many of you saying that it will distract me too much, and I would be worried something would happen to it. thanks ladies!
