Just thinking that if you attached a comp with LLW on it to a treadmill everyone would work out more. ..

Good idea! Now how do incorporate it in to strength training?? LOL

LOL I went to the gym last night for the first time in a WHILE, and while i was running I texted FH, 'the gym has good lights for my ring, maybe i can spend more time here...'

That was the first thing I noticed when I joined the gym... I was like look how pretty it sparkles!!!
