FH and I woke up at 545 today to go to the gym....(gym opens at 6)
we get there at 605...and there was NOONE there to open the gym!!!! We waited til 630 and nothing....
I just tried calling to complain to the manager and the little biotc# was like... um was this about this morning?
of course i said no bc i want to speak to the mgr...anyway he wasnt there... i got to call him at 1230...what excuse should i use if she asks what i'm calling about?
whoever had to be there better have a good excuse!!!!

She was probably the one who was supposed to open.
I'm not good with lying, but I'd say that you need to speak to him about your membership or if there are classes, about possibly getting a new type of class in there.

I wouldn't give her any reason.. it's none of her business. If she won't connect you just bluff and say that you'll come in to personally talk to him. That'll get him on the phone. You can't be the only person complaining about this.

there were about 40 people there.... hope someone gets fired today kidding kidding but at least in trouble

just ask to speak with the manager, if she asks why say that its personal and you want to speak with the manager. If she continues to push just say 'whatever, I'll just come up there and speak with him directly, I'll be sure to mention that you wouldn't transfer the call'...
OR- do you know the managers first name?? call and if she asks who it is say his sister or his cousin or even his neighbor.

Good for you! Neither am I! You get up that early to work out and then the girl at the front desk STILL gives you a hard time when you pay all this money for the gym! I mean it's not good to get fired but then that person should have showed up (unless there was an emergency!).
