Well you can't start anything until you get your marriage certificate I think so

I'm already done changing everything and today is 3 weeks we are married. Most forms you can download online and fill out before you get anywhere. Oh, one thing I did not realize, DMV takes a new picture of you for a name change. If I'd have known that - I would've had a little makeup on. This is going to look scary as hell! I'll redo it after it comes in!

Do they charge as well? Im assuming yes because nothing in this world is free!
