The meeting went very well! We went over our final menu selections, ran thru a timeline for the whole wedding, and chose the cake and design. I also found out that all vendor meals are comped because I ended up using all vendors that the caterer suggested! The caterer is also going to supply all placecards, table numbers, etc. and it sounds like everything is under control! The caterer is also going to let us drop off stuff the Thursday before the wedding and he will lock it up in his office, so we don't have to deal with anything the day of!
