Had my first fitting!



I'm so excited, had my first fitting tonight, love love love my dress!!!!!!

...and I'm losing weight. 2 months ago I decided just to eat right and get my exercise between now and the wedding and not get on the scale. I figured I didn't need the added stress, I'm a little overweight but nothing crazy. I had noticed that my clothes were all fitting better and that I can comfortably wear a size smaller pants but didn't think much of it until I saw they had to take over 4' in on the bodice and a ton of gaping material off the back and shoulders. Yay!! (good thing I have a cap on alterations, and a good seamstress. )

No having it done at Macy's Manhasset. This seamstress was recommended by one of my BM's friends that works there.

Congrat's! I can't wait to start mine... Wish I didn't have to go though Christmas food before! Hopefully I'll have some will power...but I doubt it!
