Had my shower today!!
It was so great and I was so surprised. My sister came in from N. Carolina on Friday and I thought for sure that she was here for my shower but she announced on Friday night that she came to tell everyone that she was having a baby and she couldn't tell everyone over the phone. So then I figured I must be wrong but today my grandmother called to say that she wanted to take the grandkids out for lunch to celebrate my sisters pregnancy and when I got there it was my shower. I was so excited I didn't know what to say. But it was also really weird being the center of attention. I don't know how I felt about that. Everything was perfect (except for the fact that my FSIL didn't show, she claimed she was 'sick'. I guess you can figure out what kind of person she is.) Anyway, I didn't even really care abot that b/c all the people that I truly love and care about where there and it was great! Just wanted to share my day.
