I dont know how much i lost this week, but I started my diet right after the new year and so far i have lost 10lbs :)

very good! It's my goal as of right now to lose as close to 10 lbs as I can by May 16 (that's when we are going on the cruise!)

I wouldn't do any other diet... WW really does work... I've lost 30 lbs in the past on WW but I never reached my ultimate goal - i'm determined to do so by the wedding.
