Had the 'big talk' with DH

DH and I spoke about babies this past weekend. We know we want them, but I know Chris had wanted to wait till next year. I on the other hand am ready now - I'm 32 and ready!!

After discussing my contract at work (currently, until 2004, we not only get the 6 weeks maternity, but if we choose to take the FMLA, 10 out of the 12 weeks are paid at 70% - something which our district will NEVER RENEW AGAIN once the contract is up), I think it pushed Chris to see my way a little more than he has!! (He's a little scared - very common I think - but heck, so am I)...

Can anyone tell me the name of that book that helps you to calculate when you are ovulating and figuring out your fertility? Any other tips?

We would like to start trying on our vacation this August!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS - I also read the book and found it helpful but I gave up on charting my temps every day. It did help me figure out what was happening though... Gave me ammunition to use at the docs office

OMG OMG OMG I am so happy for you guys!!!!!!!!

I almost just fell out of my chair actually! LOL My wedding buddy and one of my best friends is gonna start TTC! You are ahead of us but our kids are sooooo gonna be best friends..even if it is just through a screen, LOL
