Regarding the *poop*...
:) We did take our pictures outside and there was no problem walking on the pavement or the grass. In fact, my nephew`s were running around chasing the geese w/o incident! Also, we made our own place cards (yes, I`m anal). I used cards that matched my invitation and program. They were beautiful!! Coral House does not write them out, it`s your job. You`ll need to alphabetize them and include a master list.

Another Anal Bride over here. I will be getting my own placecards to match invites as well. I was thinking if they do everything we can just use them but since I have to do everything it might as well match my invitations and other stationery. Thanks so much for all the tips.

Anal Brides R Us?
I am also doing my own place cards. What are you doing about direction cards to the reception? I didn't ask if they offered any, but I am thinking of printing these up myself, also.

They do give you direction cards, but, uh, no shock here: I made my own. Of course they matched my invites, programs and place cards. Hey girl, I had my engament party at the CH. We were in the nantucket room. We did go outside with videographer and photographer, it turned out to be so beautiful. If who ever you hired for video and photo is creative, so much can be done, its beautiful back there. And yes we were asked to write everyones name on ch paper, but we didnt we did it off the computer and put whatever design around the borders and made our own placing cards. It looked much better, i didnt like theirs. Oh and we had kristen as well. Good luck.

I used Ed Collins for photo. EdCollinsPhoto.com. Amazing work, mostly photojournalistic which is what we wanted. For video, I used Wild Rose. There`s a TON of excellent feedback about them on this board. I loved them!! Also, I didn`t care for the *included* centerpieces so we used those in the cocktail hour - it was either that or get 40 cents (yes, cents) credit per guest. I used Colonial Flowers in N. Bellmore. They were fabulous. I posted on them about a week ago and included a list of everything I got. What`s your date?? Good luck! :)
