Had to edit...... its bothering me I posted in public. Im torn about the issue all over! now even posting is bothering me. I'm sorry.

I think you have some time before your invites go...it might all blow over. But if you're still not talking to them in January (that's when you said your invites were being mailed, right?) then don't invite them. They'll know why.

You might feel differently in a few weeks. But generally speaking, I would cut them. It doesn't seem like you are that close with them anyway. But, see you feel when it's time for the invites to go out. If things are back to normal with them but you still feel like not inviting them, don't. And tell it's because you had to cut the list.
