Had To Share: We have the best friends & FBIL ever!!!
Not that my other family members and future in laws aren't great....
Here's the setting:
FBIL/BM called FI yesterday saying that he wanted to come over after work to drop something off and he'll grab dinner. And we already had chicken out to make chicken caesar salad so we said why don't we just do that. FBIL insisted on bringing dinner over. Ok.
Calls around 7pm and said it'll be more like 8pm so we were like ok....no problem because we were working on programs.
FBIL shows up with not only food but also our MOH & GM. They happen to bump into each other at the restaurant. Yeah...right! Anyhoo we figured they were being sly on coming over to help us with programs. They had offered but we insisted we can finish the last 25 by ourselves.
So we eat dinner...MOH keeps looking out at the window. I made fun of her that no one will steal her car because she has a beater. When we were finishing up dinner she asked us to open the doors because she felt like she was puking. So I did............
and there was a freaking PATIO SET on our front porch!!!!
AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
Screaming ensued. It was one of those items I threw on there thinking maybe some relatives would go in together. But our freaking MOH & GM (married) got it for us!!!
They are the freaking best!!! MOH has done so much already in planning the bridal shower and all the time and effort. The patio set was SO above and beyond.
So we were all excited and went to bring the set to our backyard patio.
FBIL gives FI a weber grill cover because he said he wanted to get us the Weber Kettle Grill but someone already bought it. Too funny.
He disappears and comes back with the freaking WEBER KETTLE GRILL!!!!!!
We (read FI) have wanted the kettle grill for a while.
So. we were so super surprised by this because it was so unnecessary between all the time they have put in helping us. The awesome bridal shower MOH planned and the awesome bachelor party FBIL planned for FI.
Our friends who are almost like family and FBIL who is family are the best!![]()
