Hair

Of course is the one I'm most worried about and having an awful time... I am out on the North Fork so it's hard to find recommended stylists all the way out there...

One place which is supposed to be really good (but also known for being really expensive) wants $150 for the trial. That is the price the day of and makeup is $100 which isn't too bad I guess but I REALLY don't want to drop $150 on a freaking trial.... especially if I end up not even liking it.... ugh.

I have two other people I will probably contact but I'm really nervous. Our small-town hair salons tend not to be as good as you girls get west.....

Like, really far. My parents house is in Southold which is where I'll be getting ready. I'm wondering if I should get ready at the hotel in Riverhead instead.

OMG I grew up in Southold. I lived there my whole life practically. I'm actually going to Southold tomorrow to visit FH's family. His family lives in Southold/Greenport.

Where are you getting married? Maybe you could get ready in a hotel near your RH or in the bridal suite of your RH.

Well if you are going to get ready in Riverhead, then you can try Tranquility in Mt. Sinai (bout 15 minutes west of there) they are new vendors on LIW but I went there for years... they are GREAT!!! kinda pricey but really worth every cent.. Alexa is excellent. Check em out! Good luck!
