Hair

I need some serious help. I have NO idea where to start with my hair. Who did you all book with? How did you decide on this?

What's the going rate?

I feel so lost with this!

I am using my FH's cousins stylist because I had really bad luck (mostly scheduling and lack of communication) with some of the LIW recommendations. But I got quotes from $80-$200. I see you are getting married in Island Park, I go to Salon Sculpture for my hair its around the block from BV, Melissa does the best job on long lose curls - that is my go-to look and she nails it every time. Also, they are very reasonable - the last wedding I went to I was charged $45! I am sure for bridal it would have to be more though.

Great prices, beautiful work! She owns her own salon, but is able to accomodate large bridal parties!

I'm in the same boat. Try looking online to see what styles you like and don't like. I know I don't look good with my hair all up so I decided that I want my hair to be in big loose curls for my wedding day. I just booked a trial with Angela's Hair Designs. She was recommended by my make-up artist, Divine Artisty. Her rate is $125 for the bride for the wedding day and $70 i believe for the bridal party. She doesn't require a min. # of ppl. The trial is $40. FM is you need more details.

Thank you but I live in Farmingdale so Island Park would be a bit of a hike the morning of my wedding.

Thank you! And yes! Absolutely! I am doing a birdcage, but I think a tiara would look really pretty with that style!
Btw Jill travels too... so she'd be able to come to you the day of your wedding!
