Question- do I tip the girl who does my makeup and the girl who does my hair? They are both coming to me, charging a nice penny and putting the $ right in their pocket for 1 hours work. I was always under the impression that when someone does this type of stuff on the side and it is pure profit for them, tipping wasn't necessary as there is no overhead to cover. Thoughts???

I wouldnt tip. My sister had a makeup artist and hairdresser come to her house for her wedding. They id 8 girls in one day and charged an arm and a leg...and none of us tipped. It's not like they are paying a salon overhead.
