hair and make up?

hair and make up?

i'm thinking of booking with jillian at gorgeous faces.. and the rock sisters for hair..

my girls dedided since my theme is like a 40s elegance with a winter twist that they would all be into doing a 40's theme'd hair style.. but more modern...and i even think a smokey eye or a more glammed out make up woutld go great with the slinky BM dresses we are looking at.. they are def. 40s inspired styles and look amazing on all my sickeningly skinny BMs ..lol i was also thinking of doing some kind of hair style similar to that..

the thing is i've never really seen anyone do that kind of hair for a wedding.. so i dont know how well people would be able to do it.... the curls are very loose and flowy kind of like finger waves.. but not so much.... and mostly i see the same styles for weddings(meaning the same type of curls..etc)..
how versatile are they with hair? or is there someone else you would recommend?
also.. what do you think of the idea???? feedback is def. appreciated...lol

sorry i'm so full of questions today.. i know im a PITA..lol

I think it's a great idea. Those hairstyles look so classy. I haven't looked into hair trials yet, but I don't see why a stylist wouldn't be able to recreate that look. Good Luck!

I think its a great idea..and the pictures would look BEAUTIFUL and classic with their hair like that.

I really love the pic you posted of Hillary Swank, her hair looks gorgeous!

I don't see why a hair stylist wouldn't be able to do re-create the look.

I have never used them for hair but let me tell you those hairstyles are soooooooooooooooooo classy I love them and you guys will look awesome!

I think its a great idea! I think that most hairstylists will be able to re-create those styles. When you think about it, it's really just big curls. Maybe have them get a trial first if you are unsure.

that's what i love about that era... everything was so timeless.. and a lot of the dresses they make now really recreate the styles of the time.. so i think it would look great to do a modern version of that hair...
