Hair and Make Up

Hi,

I am an Irish girl getting married in Central Park next May. I am living in Dublin Ireland and I am looking for recommendations for hair and make up.

My wedding planner has quoted me $400 per person for hair and makeup. This seems like a lot but I am not sure if this is a good price or not. The stylist will come to my hotel so I don't know if this pushes up the cost.

Any tips/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if that's the average price but anytime they come to you it brings the cost up.

Yup, the cost is high when they are coming to you. And have you asked what is included in that price? Because to me, that seems a bit on the higher side. I paid $75 for makeup (friend of mine), and $125 for hair- she's an liw vendor on here, bellasposina.

I would search around and get other quotes.

I paid less than $300 for hair and makeup, that includes trial and she came to my hotel in Queens. FM if you want more information.

I used the Bridal Touch by Elena, a preferred vendor here. I paid $300 total for both and she came to my home in Queens. I don't think she would harge much more to go to NYC or wherever it is you are getting ready.
