Hair and Make Up

Hello everyone.. I am trying to narrow down my choices for hair and make up. I will need someone who can come to Manhattan and is not extremely expensive. Can anyone suggest some ideas or recommendations?

I used Bessie from Beautiful Girls. Her # is 718-707-1089. I'm pretty sure she travles to the city but I'm not positive.
