Hair and make-up artists

For my hair I only trust this one women with it so I was booking her no matter what.
For make-up, I am still trying to make a final decision. Cost is not a factor, my issus is if I go with one person I have to get my make-up done at 8:30AM but if I go with another person, I can wait and get my make-up done at 10AM.

For makeup I did not negotiate because I thought it was right on target.

For hair I did negotiate. I am using a woman from my home town that I used for a very long time. She will be doing my hair and my BMs hair (all 8 of them!) and she gave me a crazy ridiculous price that I knew was a lot more than other hair people charge. I was honest with her and said that I want to use her but did not want to spend that much and told her that I got a few other quotes and they were much less. She came down in price as a 'favor' and met what the others quoted me.

YES!!! negotiate EVERYTHING! Tell her that you are undecided btwn her and someone else but you really want to use her except the other person is doing it for X amount - she will match it.
