Hair and Make-up question

I am going to go to my regular hair dresser to do my hair the morning of the wedding but would love for a make-up artist to come to my house to do my makeup. Anyone done this/doing this? How would it work? I am confused?

She does a great job,she s very talented and she will tell you how much time she needs depending on how mnay people are getting their makeup done.

I plan on doing that too. Get your hair done first, then the make-up.

I am getting my hair done before at my salon. Here is my wedding day timeline:
My appt. is at 10AM and I plan on being home by 11:15.
As soon as I get home, I'm hopping in the chair for my makeup, *my makeup artist will already be at my house doing my bridesmaids.
I plan on having that done by 12:15 so I can start getting dressed, have time for pictures and leave my house at 2:15.

I would def. get your hair done for a few reasons- it lasts way longer than your makeup, and will pretty much hold up the whole day- with plenty of time to get your makeup done. Also b.c your photographer will want to take pics of you having your makeup done. And you won't want to leave your house once you are all done up!
