Hair and Make Up Recommendations/Prices

HELP! I am getting married at Flowerfield, but live in Maryland.....and need someone to do my hair (as well as my BMs) and make up. I am not one to go all out-- I usually don't even wear make up SO I want someone who can do something understated yet elegant (I want to look enhanced, NOT plaster-y). I am indian so I have a medium brown complexion and need someone who can work with that. I'd like my hair to be SIMPLE.....work with my natural waves and tie it back partially. Nothing TIGHT and too crazy :)

Any recs? What about prices for me/BMs. How much should I budget?

This is the part of the wedding I have been putting off but I suppose I better get on it :) Since I don't live in NY, I will need to schedule trials last week in March since that is when my school's on break and I can make it up to NY. THANKS !

Make-up generally runs from $100 to $300 for the bride and from $50 to $150 for bridesmaids. If you have a certain number of people, the price may be discounted.

For hair, I've found that it generally runs around $100 to $250 per person.

Some places charge for trials, others don't. You may want to schedule hair and make-up trials on the same day.

I have a trial scheduled with Maureen Pedala. She doesn't charge for trials and is $250 for the day of.

Search for makeup up and hair on the boards, and you'll get a ton of hits.

but they both come to you the day of
