I have my trial with Kacey and Zorida from Khouloud's tonight. Do I tip, and if so, how much? Thanks!

Re: Hair and Make-up Trial tipping
I didn't want to tip my girl, but I wound up giving her like $10. I booked her, so since I booked her and she was going to get a tip from me that day I wasn't going to do it. But she did such a great job and I was so happy that I gave her a little extra. I don't know if girls on here think its mandatory, but I don't think it is.

Re: Hair and Make-up Trial tipping
I didn't think it was necessary since they're getting 100% of the trial fee anyway... but I did because I didn't want to be the one person who didn't.

Re: Hair and Make-up Trial tipping
u should ALWAYS tip unless u have a bad experience...they're providing you with a service regardless. it doesnt have to be big..throw her $10bucks or somethin' especially if u like their work & think u wanna book.. if they dont spend much time with u & do a halfa** job or u hate the outcome that's different...but if they work with u to get the look u love, and u're really interested in them u should..

this isn't necessarily true...it's actually quite the opposite.. when u're an independent artist or business half the money really goes back into ur products...especially if the artist is traveling to you as well.
