Your hair does look nice in the first pic. Was that a before pic or was that makeup only pic??? The makeup looks fantastic as well.
I have to agree with the others that your hair might look better half up/half down.

Your makeup looks awesome! I'm not so sure about your hair though. From the front and back I think it looks great, but IMO I'm not so sure of the side profile, maybe it needs to go a little bit higher on your head? and shrink it a little?

The hair- dinasour egg! Not laughing at you but with FH! I don't recall ever hearing someones hair refered to in that manner. It dosen't look bad- it looks very nice but I think maybe it needs to be a little depoofed.
oh yeah, soft curls! I agree with the one above me! That would look nice.
I was really mad at FH when he said that the hair looked like a dinasour egg...but after I saw the picture myself......I was laughing too because it really did!!!!

I think it looks great - and I like the position of the veil, that is where I plan to have it - low in the back...

I agree with everyone else... You looked really beautiful in the first picture. Your hair definitely looks cute being 1/2 up and 1/2 down. The french twist thing was too much. I think you have thick hair like I do.... and it is too huge when it is rolled up like that.
You're pix are reaffirming my suspicion that I would also look better with hair 1/2 up and 1/2 down.

Im in the minority here, I loved the second picture it looked elegant. And I am a big fan of the hal half down curls.. but I loved the style in the second and with the veil. I wasnt a fan of the 1st one (when I thought it was your trial), I think it look plaim.

Very elegant. I can see what he means about the 'egg', but you need that volume to carry the veil! Men are nuts! Your hair and makeup look beautiful and both really bring out your eyes!!! The veil could be a little higher, but then that brings up your whole bun, not sure if you want the bun that high. I love it the way it is!!

Not crazy about how she did the second hair do. If you're going to go with up, I would suggest trying a different kind of updo. You are SUCH a beautiful girl... definitely don't want your FH to think 'dinosaur egg' on your wedding day!
I actually REALLY like the half up, half down look... I think the hair falling on your shoulders really makes you look so elegant and 'bridey!'. And you look so HAPPY with that look!

I think if you are going for a sofiticated look, the dinasaur egg would be nice...just not the way they did it in the pic, maybe smaller. Your hair looks very soft, so i'm not sure if its easy to curl, But a good hair dresser can curl any hair type. Good luck @ your next trial.

Sorry, but I have to agree with your FH. You have such thick, pretty hair. Maybe it would look better half up with some curls.

I agree with most everyone. I love your first pic with it half up/down. It looks stunnning, needs some fancying up but I really like that style on you..

I think you should have it all up -- it'll look more elegant with Asian hair, but try a different style, like this
some curls piled on top of your head would make it softer.

I can understand your deisre to wear your hair up it looks more elegant that way but I would definitely go with less poof or maybe reposition the poof to a higher or lower position and of course I love the soft curls idea to go along with the up do. If you're not a fan of soft curls have her do something different with the bun it needs to have a little more style. Whether you wear it up or down you will be beautiful. Love the make-up trial.
