Hair and Makeup Help!

Hi Ladies,

I am havng a lot of trouble finding hair and makeup vendors for less than 150 for each service. I guess that is the going rate but I really can't afford it. I found someone for makeup that can charge me a bit less so i will most definitely use her, but I am struggling with hair! Please help me!! I am looking for someone to travel to me! Thanks!
