Just wanted to share that I've been using Nioxin hair and nail vitamins for just under a month (I got them at Ulta... $17.50 for a bottle of 30). I just have to say... I LOVE them! They SOOO work. My hair is growing SO much faster with them, and my nailes have never been stronger. They usually start peeling at the length they are now, but now they look great! I heard Nature's Bounty also sells hair and nail vitamins (I think in CVS), so I'm going to try those next month since they're cheaper. I haven't been for a manicure since Christmas, and my nails look GREAT with this stuff! I'm gearing up my hair and nails for the Big Day, so if anyone else is in 'prep' mode, you might want to check these out.

FYI Nature's Bounty is NOT FDA approved for their hair, skin, and nail vitamin and it is coated with warnings. My derm suggested taking 2 mg or 3mg of Biotin for hair, skin, and nails (just biotin, not mixed in with another vitamin) a day as a supplement. You can buy Biotin in any health/vitamin store.. I would check the approval on the one you are using from Ulta just in case.
