I was told to try this on my hair as a deep conditioner. I am about to do it. Anyone else ever use this stuff?
I use to use it all the time... If you can put it in your hair and then put a towel in the dryer and while its still hot wrap it around your heead...the heat helps the conditioning..(when i was in beauty school we used to do this for scalp treatments)
How long do you leave it on and how often do you do it?
Definatly dont do it before you go out somewhere cause your hair will be limp.. i would do it once a month but if you have damaged hair maybe 2x...I would leave it on sometimes overnight, but thats not a good idea if you have to go to work in the morning.. i would take it out after about a half hour.. definatly do the heat though.. did you buy the queen helene colesterol? thats the one i used..
