Hair Clip under Veil

I had my hair trial 3 weeks ago and had always planned on wearing my hair clip above the veil but the comb attached to the veil isnt easy to get out, shopped around for a diff style and they are all the same. Also when I took veil off there was a space and the clip looked a little funny bc it was higher up. So we tried it with the hair clip under the veil. To me it looked funny maybe bc ive never seen it but it seems that will be my only solution. Ques is has anyone else done this or seen it done? The clip im wearing looks is a diamond barrette.

Any feed back would be great. Will be wearing my hair all pulled back and up.
