Edna, Nikky, or Adela from Space Salon in Astoria.
If you check Yelp.com or citysearch.com you can probably get some reviews on the salon and stylists mentioned.

I second Space Salon. I've been going to Lacy for a few years now. Love her. But I've always heard great things about Adela and Edna as well.
