hair concerns

hi everyone,
so i had my hair trial the other day and really loved the way it looked (without getting into too much detail... FH may peek!) b ut when i looked back at the pictures, my face looked HUGE and it didn't look special at all.

so now it's back to the drawing board - i have trial #2 in a week and a half. i'm looking for an all-around VOLUMINOUS but not bouffant-ish look, and i'd like my veil as visible as possible, not low.

at my mom's request, i'm also entertaining the up-do idea, though i think it'll have the exact effect i don't want: making my face look like a basketball.

does anyone know of any styles that might be good for me? also - any idea where i can get those synthetic hair stick-in pieces? i tried tri county but their pieces don't match my hair :(

do u have a pic of urself u can post?? i think that'll help w/recommendations if not no biggie...do a search of a hair thread..there's a MASSIVE one on here that has a ton of styles..
