went for my hair trial and it was a disaster... i used the girl i have been using since i was 12. i wanted half up, half down with curls.. she did like 1/4 up, 3/4 down with messy waves.... don't know what to do. I don't want to insult her because she does my hilights and hair cuts really really well and I know I will go back to her for that.. but i want to look nice for my wedding lol i am so jealous of you girls who post pics of your awesome hair trials (you all look great!)

Go get another trial with someone else, and tell this girl that you were gifted a hair stylist as an engagement present - and with budgets being tight - you have to go with what is free.

I say make something up like 'oh my bridesmaids decided to surprise me and found a hair lady that's going to do all of ours at a discount, although I'd love to use you I don't want to go against them' something to that extent and then go to someone else

I know the feeling!! I had three different hair styles done by this girl who came in just for me on her day off, I hated them all I felt terrible! Just go to another place!

Did you bring in any pictures? Maybe that could help. I understand how you feel. I've been going to the same girl since I was 4 years old! She did my hair for my 1st communion, prom, etc. The first time she did my hair for the wedding, it was pretty hideous. I had another trial last month, and I was really pleased! My mom wasn't that happy! At least we had something better to work off of! :)

Thanks girls! I found more specific pics and I am going to bring them in to show her. I think one problem was that i brought in a few too many pics and it got confusing (possibly.. i am trying to come up with any reason for y it was so bad lol) i will have another trial and if its bad, then I will go elsewhere.. end of story

I didn't use my usual hair girl for the wedding.
I told her I was getting it done at the locale and that I didn't want to bother her with driving to the RH....
