hair driers - have you heard of an 'Ionic' drier that dries 60% faster?

I need a new hair drier and I remember reading that courtney cox uses a drier that dries 60% faster - I think it was ionic...

anyone know anything about this?
Or can you recommend a great drier?

I bought the brand that was recommended in Marie Clare a month ago and LOVE it -- expensive, like $150 but it iss a LOT faster.

the mall has good hairdryers. or check out kohls.
