either get protein based bonds, or get it sewn in...the only time your hair gets messed up is when they take it out, if the hairdresser doesn't take their sweet time and do it carefully then they will rip it out...Ive had it done and the girl took her time and didn't rip one hair out

my cousin's salon is amazing....they do the protein based bonds....it's called the Katherine John salon in i believe east setauket...mine stayed in for almost 5months and i had no damage to my hair....AND they look incredibly natural!!! FM me if u want their number!!
