Hair help!!!!!

Can someone please recommend someone who will travel for wedding day updo's. I had one trial that I thought was just OK and then when I got the pictures back it looked horrible, so unnatural. I looked like a Ken barbie doll. When I called her to explain I was not happy she said she would have to charge me for another trial. It is not the money I am mad about, it is just the principle . It was her idea to do the style we went with in the first place. I am getting ready at the hall along with 5 BM updo's. I need someone booked fast who will travel in Nassau. Help Please! Thanks.

I'm using Richard from Maximus Salon in Merrick. He does amazing work (I was there on a Saturday and I saw two brides come for trials --> they looked amazing and totally different (one had an elegant bun, the other had a half-up half down). I'm going to the salon the morning of, but I think they can also come to you for an extra fee.

I used a woman named Melissa is (631) 951-9080 who is willing to travel for a $40 fee over the hair styling cost. She has a portfolio of photos which are amazing, she can do any style traditional or more creative. She was recommended to me by the sales manager at the Carlyle who used her for her own wedding. Let me know if you have any particular questions, I was really happy with my updo! Good luck!!!

Who did you go to this weekend?

Im using a woman named Francine who Wild Rose recommended to me. Trials are $25, day of is $100.

Her name is Francine 631-968-8122. She works with a makeup person too if you are interested.

I am using Ciro from New Attitudes. He is $75 for your hair at your home day-of. He listens to what you want, and offers nice suggestions. His trials are at his salon and $35.

I am using Francine from Maximus from the Source and she did a great job on my hair for my trial exactly what I wanted. You can contact the the Bridal Coordinator at 516-222-8880. They will travel to you.

Sorry I took pictures but my they were deleted by mistake from my digital. My wedding is this weekend and I can definetly send you pictures of my wedding day when I get back from my honeymoon. This way you can see the way my hair and make up looks.

I went for a trial(my Mom too) w/ Jennifer from Fairytale makeovers. I think she did a great job on both of us. She's really nice & made me feel very confident in her skills. She advertises on this site-she started showing me her pics & the first one was Shamma!(she did her make-up) I was like 'hey, that's Shamma from LIWEDDINGS!' I think she's worth a call. Good Luck

I ALSO AM USING JENNIFER FROM FAIRY TALE MAKEOVERS FOR MAKE UP AND HAIR SHE IS GREAT!!!!!! I HAVE LONG STRAIGHT WAIST LENGTH HAIR, AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS GIVE HER A LITTLE IDEA OF WHAT I WANTED AND SHE DID IT!!! I HAD MY ENGAGEMENT PARTY AFTER SHE DID MY HAIR AND MAKEUP AND I GOT SO MANY COMPLIMENTS..
