I am getting my makeup done by Lola Loves Makeup for my engagement party on March 6th. She is located in Huntington, so I need someone located near by to do my hair... any recommendations ladies??

Re: Hair in Huntington
Anyone ever use Cactus Salon in Huntington? I just read some reviews, and wondering if someone could recommend who in particular to go to.

Re: Hair in Huntington - Cactus Salon??
I go to a salon in East Northport, it's Borte and Kim does my hair and she is amazing. it's only like 10 minutes from Huntington. I have really long hair and she never seems to fail me. Hope that helps

Re: Hair in Huntington - Cactus Salon??
Go to Irene if you are going to Cactus - she is at the Cactus Salon on Jericho Turnpike in Dix Hills/Huntington. But make sure you leave yourself a lot of time. She generally takes about 2 hours to do a wash/cut/straighten.
Also at that salon is Victoria and she is pretty good.
