Hair & Make-up

I am know this is really early, but planning from OOT and will be in NY in August and then probably not again until Oct and it seems people just get booked up.

I have 6 BM and a MOB and FG
I want someone to come to the house 11am mass, so early!! I am not a major make-up person, but want to look amazing on my day. I also don't want to break the bank.

Recommendations for hair and make-up?
I have contacted Oksana and hair genie- has anyone gone there for a trial? How do you get there? Can you take a train? I am coming from LI-Massapequa.

Also anyone more local you recommend? Can you FM me quotes?

I want to likely wear my hair down or semi-up..no dress yet so very hard to tell...

she is located in queens, fresh meadows to be exact. her trial was $50 and she is so nice!!!!

I booked Oksana for my makeup too! She is great. I live in the Babylon area and I drove there, it's easy to get to. I wanted Jenn for hair but she was not available for my day so I booked Carolyn (from Sabrina and Carolyn) for hair. She was professional and really knew what she was doing- she got my hair right in about one hour and I booked her on the spot. I would try them too (they're vendors here)!
