Hair & Make-up recommendations?

Few questions . . . Looking for someone to do hair and make-up for myself for DOW and definitely bridal party (7 girls), mother of bride maybe? hair (not sure if they'll want their make-up done also, furthermore, who pays for that?). It has to be on location in Huntington.

I keep hearing about M-I-A, but my concern is it looks like she's one person, can anyone tell me would she bring other people with her to do my girl's hair and possibly make-up?
