I dont't think it's bad at all for both hair and make up. I'm going with someone for hair that's $85 and make up is $75, which is on the low side. I've seen make up for $125-$175 and hair for $150 and up. If you're getting both for $100 each I think it's OK.
To be honest I don't think that is bad at all! My makeup alone is $200. Granted I could have found someone cheaper if I wanted to but to me her work is more than worth it. The cheapest quote I got for makeup day of was $100 so I think that quote is more than reasonable for both.

My girls are paying $70 for hair and $65 for makeup...both very reputable LIW artists!
FYI the quotes I mentioned were for the bridesmaids. ($85 hair and $75 make up). I still think your price is good because I've seen it go for a lot more than what you were quoted. Maybe because you have so many bridesmaids they can negotiate. I have 8 people getting done. Also, where is it? Are they coming to you, will it be in a salon? The price can vary based on that as well. And remember - you're paying for quality. In my opinion, this isn't a place I would personally skimp on even as a bridesmaid. What's the point of getting all dressed up if you don't like how it looks.
