Forgive me it may sound like a stupid question, but do you tip for makeup and hair trials? My makeup trial is free - makeup counter - and my hair trial is not. Do I tip for these? If so, approx how much?

It's really a personal choice though. It's not optional.

I would tip for both. As far as how much, I guess it depends on how satisifed you are with the job they did.
