Well, just wasted $60 bucks today on my hair trail! I was sooooooo disappointed I told her that I was disappointed too.......I feel bad becuase it's a friend of a friend who works in a salon........
Anyways, this is what I WAS going for:
And THIS is what I got
The hair pin isn't even straight!!!! It looks NOTHING like the picture. I'm not even going to post what the front looks like......it's just horrible!!!!
Now to the makeup. I asked her to make it a natural look with a little bit of a dramatic effect. This is what it it ended up looking like:
The eyeshadow is SOOOOOOOO heavy!!! I just HATE it...AND it's PURPLE!!! I don't wear PURPLE!!!! I told her browns and beiges....
I'm just upset because I was soooo excited about going today and seeing what it all looks like together. Now I am just depressed completely.
I have to look for another Makeup person AND hair person.............

Yeah that hairstyle was not even close, the makeup was ok but why wouldn't she use the colors you requested????? I think you should look for someone else ASAP!!!! You are a beautiful girl and the right person will make you look even more perfect on YOUR DAY!!!!

I think the makeup looks pretty but i understand what u mean its just not YOU. As far as the hair goes.. it looks nothing like the pic so I can understand the dissapointment. I can honeslty say that since u are looking for both you should try Gorgeous Faces. Jillian I have heard does awsome makeup and The rock sisters do great hair. In my experience Sarah was great and MJDOC12 use Bridget and she was very happy as well. Its worht a shot ya know... Good luck sweety

The photo of the hairstyle and what you actually got don't even come close!!! I'm not too crazy about the makeup either......vendors should just do what you ask them to do, what's so hard about that??
Read through the vendor raves for makeup and hair on here, you'll find someone better.

I definately think you should try someone else for the hair and make-up, but I wouldn't worry too much because you are beautiful, and I'm sure you will look gorgeous on your wedding day

S U CK would be a total exagorration you look so pretty but I understand you were going for something different. I think the girl in the first pic might have thicker hair or even extensions so her hair looks fuller.
You have to be happy with who you use. I am using Patty Agate who I highly recommend. FM me if you're interested.

Yea the hair trial looks nothing like the pic...sorry that it didnt come out the way you wanted . As for the make up, I actually think it came out beautiful..it suits you nicely..HOWEVER..it is not what you wanted...and if you told her beige and brown colors..she should of listened to you..sorry that you wasted money on something you didnt want

OK- don't get upset! That's why they call them trials. I know it's frustrating that you just spent $60 of your money and time but better to look like that now then on your wedding day. By the way- you do look nice but the makeup is way too much. I'm sure the next one you go to will be the one for you! Try Jaqueline Nicole. She's a vendor on this site. Lots of girls including myself are using her. Don't worry hun!

I actually like your makeup a lot...maybe change the lipstick, but your eyes look gorgeous. But you are right, the hairstyle is nothing like the picture- it looks like she didn't even care as she curled your hair!! That must be so frustrating. Good luck in finding a new hair and m/u person

I actually like the hair.....although she didnt really use curls...i really like the hair style you posted. but i just don't understand why she only used the curls on the bottom.
As for the make up i like the natural look of it. She might want to lighten up on the eyeshadow. did you get the make up and hair trial all in one day

I book Jacqueline Nicole for make-up. She is excellent. My mom is a hairdress, so FM if you want so info. I am using her. She really is very good.
