I started taking a woman's vitamin from GNC for hair, nails, and skin, and I swear my hair is growing insanely fast, my skin actually feels softer, ad my nails are much stronger. Now it might be all psychological but whatever it is I am all for it!

i bought biotin pills a few months ago but im afraid to take them.
does anything happen if u stop taking them? does ur hair thin out? or just stays the same as it was b4 u started taking the suppliments?

Maybe I should try it, becuase I get my hair cut religiously every 6 weeks but once it hits my shoulders it just stops growing it seems and I want it to grow for the wedding. Thanks for the little tip.

Its basically a multi-vitamin with a lot of vit B, D, E, A.
As long as it doesn't make my arms hairier!

im not going bald or anything, but FFS i shed almost as much as the dog

I shed so much its gross. Its totally normal. FH skeeeves walking into the bathroom after I take a shower, even worse when i blow dry my hair and I haven't picked up the hair from the floor.

I have taken those GNC pills before...they are good but i think the Biotin 5000mg...(yes they sell 5000mg) work wonders...my hair grew alot since i have been taking them!!

yep... same here... people are always pulling stray hairs off me... its kinda skeevey for me too! LOL

anything that will help my hair stop breaking and falling out (def. my thyroid, bc no amount of queen helene, 3 minute miracle, showercap in a steamy bathroom is helping)

No problem! Its the GNC brand for woman. The pills kind of smell funky but not as bad as some other vitamins I have taken!

Hey ladies!
I too am taking the GNC hair, skin, and nails vitamins. I've been taking them since the end of October this year, and it has helped my skin to clear up even more! My nails are growing super fast too. As far as my hair goes, it seems to be growing a little bit faster than normal. I take this in conjunction with a daily multivitamin.
So far so good!

olive oil hair cream helps with shedding ... also, from what i hear, raw egg can also help if you want to take it one extra level

Its the GNC brand. It has a purple label (I believe) and the pills are green.
