Hair, nails, and skin

I started taking a woman's vitamin from GNC for hair, nails, and skin, and I swear my hair is growing insanely fast, my skin actually feels softer, ad my nails are much stronger. Now it might be all psychological but whatever it is I am all for it!

What is the specific name of the vitamin?

I shed like a mofo, but could use some help in the skin/nails dept!


Purple bottle, GNC brand, its a woman's vitamin. I think it is called Hair, Nails and Skin
