Hair pins with a little color? (with pics and poll)

My girls are wearing red BM dresses. I originally LOVED the wedding gowns with red trim, red sash, etc. but they looked like asss on me. So Im trying to think of a little way to add color. I would wear my veil over them during the ceremony and they would show only during the reception.

What do you think of these hair pins with a little red? Or should I stick with plain ones below?

Knowing how classic and elegant your dress is I went with the clear one's. What kind of jewlery are you thinking of wearing? You don't want the hair pins to clash with your jewlery.

Ohh good call Brit. Something REALLY simple... I guess I need to start looking into that. Im not a big jewlery person so my cluelessness will need to guide me.

I just had mine specially made with the red insets so I am a bit partial.

I would go with the classy look and get the white ones. They will match your dress and jewelery better

I like the red!! I think that if you're going to do simple jewelry, why not add a dash of color in your hair?

I really like the red. If they're as small as the ones pictured in the woman's hair then I think they would be very nice. It would be just a small splash of color.

Ok so if you are worried about the elegant-ness maybe have them with pearls instead of rhinestones or with both pearls and rhinestones?

Love the red, but if you think its too much, i would do mostly white and just one or two red for pop.

I was the same with the dresses!
I like the red ones though and the hairstyle is really pretty!
