Hair quest. 1/2 up 1/2 down?

i would like to wear my hair 1/2 up 1/2 down. Does anyone have any pictures of their hair like that?

I am planning on wearing mine the same way but am worried about my veil staying in place. It has the comb to attach it but that may not work w/ the hair style I am liking the most. I am hoping it will stay in place thru the ceremony b/c I am not planning on wearing it thru the enitre reception.

The photo below is kind of how I want my hair and hoping the veil can be attched below the 'poof' in the back. (I am not sure who this photo belongs to on this site, I hope they do not mind me posting it)

that is very pretty... and I love the poof! that is exactly that I want :) but the thing is that my veil will have to go on top of the poof because of the type of veil that it is (see my album) it might look bad? I love my veil but I think I made a mistake buying it because it doesnt go very well with a lot of hair styles. I cant return it and it was so expensive that I cant just not use it! ah... did anyone wear their hair like this w/a veil that was on top of the poof?

my veil is probably the same as yours so many of them have the comb attachment. i will see if mine will stay in place at my first hair trial. i am hoping they can pin or section hair below the poof to hold the veil in place. if not maybe i can remove the comb and put a clip in its place?!?!?

true... and I think I will prob. not wear my veil all night, so I can take it off pretty early (like right after the ceremony!)
