Okay, so for a long time now I've said that I was going to wear my hair half up half down. Everyone knew this.
Now, 2 of my bridesmaids are going to be wearing their hair the same way and my FMIL went for a trial today and she did half up also.
At first I was like 'ok whatever' but now Im starting to think that my hair is going to look like everyone elses. I want a romantic look and i grew my hair long for this purpose. Should I stick with my half up do or should I just wear it all down? I dont want everyones hair to look like mine. I know they wont since I'm the bride.....but i kinda feel like my hair wont be anything special now.
I also dont want to force people to wear their hair differently -- its not fair to them either.
what do you think?

turns out, 2 of my 5 bms so far emailed back saying they want partially up w/ curls too... im being punished for my relaxed views on this!

you are the bride. you will stand out no matter what your hair or anyone else's hair looks like..

your dress & veil will make your hair stand out more than anyone else's...and we've seen how gorgeous you look in your dress..don't sweat it!!

honestly it wouldn't bother me and its not bothering me because some of my BM's have said they want to wear their hair half up and I think I'm doing the same.... we are the brides we will stand out no matter what, even if our hair is the same it would look different on us so I wouldn't worry about it I would wear your hair the way you really want to.

You're the bride and can request that your bridesmaids wear there hair how you want it. You can be nice about it and just say that you are wearing your hair like that and you would rather they wear their hair different.

It's your wedding...you set them straight! LOL....I don't know maybe I have the BP heaven sent..because they all ask me for my opinion and what do I want. My FG's mom asked me how did I want her daughter's hair? My BMs asked me how did I want their hair....I gave them three options, by popular vote, that's their hairstyle....My MOH will have a different hairstyle from the rest....and I just told them, it's my wedding, I want to share it with my beloved friends and family but if I have to be stressed by anyone, I'll have a small BP. They haven't really bothered me since!
