Re: HAIR QUESTIONS ANSWERED!!!

I have naturally curly hair that I am thinking I will get straightened and then curled - so the curls will be loose, not my naturally tight spiral curls.

Question - for the half up part, should I get a barret or a decorative comb, or does it not matter?

it depends on how thick your hair is..i would do something with a clear rubber band or bobby pins..and then get a clip or comb for the cosmetic part of it

my hair is real thin. I am thinking a comb, if they are holding the hair with the rubber band the comb will just be for looks.

I am in a friend's wedding in August, so I am going to try out the look and see if I like it.

This is fun!

Dear Dom,

My hairstylist would like me to wash my hair the day before I get it done. What is the best way to do it so that the style stays in the longest ( blow out, leave it curly etc). I have naturally wavy hair.

Thanks!

wash it the day before and go in with it just brushed..it will be big and scary...but its easier to smooth down that way

it does look like yours a litle bit

i know that FH got it at a small jewelry store in kansas where we lived..they dont have inventory or anything..just get rings in here and there..i found this on in october..told him about it and he went the next day to get it because they had no way of ordering another one..it didnt have a style number or anything like that

i wish i could tell you more

Re: HAIR QUESTIONS ANSWERED!!!

Dear Hair Genie,
I am a dyaholic. I have dyed my hair since i was 15. I have never gone more than 7 weeks without dying...untill now. I have not dyed my hair since October. It is now a blackish brown with really bad roots. My natural hair color appears to be a dirty blonde.
I am uncertain what color i'd like my hair to be for the wedding. Either black with burgandy highlights like it was in October or blonde.
My question is... do you think i should just keep growing my hair out and see where it is come January/February and if I don't like it, dye it. Or should i go and have it dyed blonde now so that i don't have these stupid horrible roots?

Signed,
this got way longer than i'd hoped it would
