I am geting my hair dresser to come to my house to do the updo for the ceremony and then she is coming to the hall with me to to put my hair down for the reception...i got this for way under what you were quoted. Her name is Dusti and shes from Fire Monkey Hair. Shes amazing! Check her out on facebook and shes a vendor on here too.

I booked Jenn the Hair Genie and I love her! I used her for a friend's wedding and my curls stayed the entire night. She is reasonable, prices are $80 for BM and either $100 or over for bride (I can't remember).
I heard Angela's hair design does a great job and is very reasonable!
