Hair salon near Woodbury Jewish Center (across from WCC)

I'm not from LI, and my fiance's mother is not the salon type, so I need salon recs (and stylist) near WJC. I've heard of ID, anyone know anyone good there? TIA

I am using a salon that is right by the Crest Hollow Country Club which I believe is right across the street from Woodbury Country Club on Jericho Turnpike. The name of the salon is Madison Salon & Spa. I am using a makeup artist from there and she is excellent. Her name is Anne DeMarco. As for hair, I am not using anyone from there so I really cannot recommend anybody. Sorry. I went to that salon for the first time this past Saturday for my makeup trial and I liked the salon very much.

Down the block from there is NV hair company I reccomend Jackie and April both are great 631-271-2111 (I think). They also do GREAT MAKEUP!!! Airbrush!!!!! They will give you all the info! Best my makeup EVER looked! You will not be dissapointed and I am VERY picky!

ID Salon is very good, I've been there a few times. I can't remember the girl's name, but when I called to get my hair done for another wedding they recommended someone. Just call and tell them what you want, they will let you know who to go to. The place is kind of like a factory, but it's really pretty good. I've had cuts, color and an updo and all came out great and were reasonably priced.
